It looks like from these inside photos that they have round tables. The kitchen is big enough to cater from and set up buffet tables outside of the kitchen. Looks like this one is using paper/plastic eating plates, etc. The arch on the far side is behind the head table. The head table was only one 8 ft table. I am sure that there are various ways to set this room up as well. YYou could have the guest table inside the front door so that everyone would have to go through the lodge to get to the outside ceremony. The back entrance where the grills & tables are could be roped off until the ceremony is over.
Not sure what they used to put the netting on the ceiling but we can get creative with that if that is something you are after.
I agree with the gues table placement, the only thing I would really want to hang on the ceiling would b lights if that's possible. I found dusky photography, ryan said that was the one sara was familar with, right? she is super cheap n if she is willing I might have her do engagement pictures, rehersal dinner and weddong because she waives session fees n only charges 100 for each even, not bad!
